About the role
This is a full-time 12 month fixed term opportunity where you will support the Technical Supervisor in leading day-to-day clinic operations and maintaining a smooth and effective workflow.
As the 2IC, you’ll play a hands-on leadership role, helping to guide the team and uphold high standards of patient care, service delivery, and team culture.
Reporting to the Technical Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and assisting in supervising staff within a dynamic clinical setting
- Delegating tasks effectively to support workflow efficiency and service excellence
- Building strong communication channels across all team levels
- Upholding patient care standards and ensuring satisfaction throughout the patient journey
- Supporting and contributing to a positive, cooperative workplace culture
About you
You are a capable and collaborative Radiographer with strong communication and leadership potential. You bring clinical confidence, a team-first mindset, and a commitment to patient-centred care.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience in medical imaging
- High-level proficiency in CT and general radiography
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities or experience in a senior/acting capacity
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and workflow optimisation
- A commitment to teamwork and building a supportive work environment
